Tuition and Refund Policy

2. Tuition Payment

Payment Schedule for the regular, month-to-month program: Tuition fees are due according to the established payment schedule, which are typically on the 1st to 5th day of each month.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via ACH and Zelle.
- If paying via Zelle, send payments to torrance@myeyelevel.com, or 310-755-4577.
Late Payment: Late payment will incur an additional fee/penalty of $30 per company policy.

3. Tuition Refund Policy

Withdrawal from the regular session: Students may request a full tuition refund or transfer to a different session if they withdraw within 7 days before the start of the session. Any applicable non-refundable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation 7 days or less before the regular session start will result in a 50% refund.
Exceptions: Full refunds will be given for withdrawal due to exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, at the discretion of the academy director.

4. Refund Process

Request Procedure: Students must submit a formal request for withdrawal and refund to the director.
Documentation: Requests must be accompanied by appropriate documentation, such as a withdrawal form and any supporting evidence.
Processing Time: Refund processing typically takes 4-6 weeks from the date of the withdrawal request.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Alternative methods may be arranged upon request.

5. Summer Session Policies

Payment Schedule: Tuition fees are due prior to the beginning of each session.
Withdrawal: Transfer to another session or a full refund (minus the applicable non-refundable fees) is allowed within 14 days of the session starting. Cancellation 7 days or less before the session start will result in a 50% refund (minus the applicable non-refundable fees).
Exceptional Circumstances: Prorated refunds will be issued for last-minute absences or withdrawals due to exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies) during the session, with a 10% cancellation fee.

Eye Level vs. Jubilate Academy?

Eye Level and Jubilate Academy are two separate companies. Eye level is a customized program that caters to the student's assessed level of competency and helps them develop critical thinking skills in English and Math. The Jubilate Academy covers more broad subjects, following the curriculum of TUSD, in addition to elective programs such as Robotics, Computer Programming Languages, STEM, and Music. It is beneficial to provide Eye Level to our Jubilate Academy students so that they can study Math and English under a fresh new curriculum.

All of our Jubilate students that take Eye Level courses perform higher than our students that do not take up this opportunity.

How do I register my children for your robotics teams?

You need to contact our robotics staff directly about registering with us. Our director serves as the supervisor for all of our robotics teams. You will need to sign several forms, committing your child to one or more of our teams. Please contact us directly for more information.
